BizBuz Bookkeeping was founded in 2004 by Ann Beckingham, whose deep expertise in pharmacy financial management quickly established the practice as a trusted name among pharmacies and small businesses across Western Australia.
In 2012, Siana-Leah Ditsa joined the team, bringing a sharp focus on payroll management, cloud accounting, and regulatory compliance. Over the following years, Siana worked closely alongside Ann to expand the practice and deepen client relationships, ultimately stepping into the role of Director as Ann moved into retirement.
Under Siana's leadership, BizBuz continues to grow while staying true to the values on which it was built. The practice remains proudly independent and locally owned, operating from our office in Midland. Our longest client relationship spans more than 20 years -- a reflection of the trust and reliability that define everything we do.

Director. Registered BAS Agent, ICB Certified Member, MYOB Certified, Xero Certified Advisor. Siana joined BizBuz in 2012 and has led the practice as Director since Ann's retirement. She specialises in payroll management, Single Touch Payroll compliance, cloud accounting implementation, and AUSTRAC AML/CTF compliance. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensures clients always stay ahead of their obligations.
Ann Beckingham
Founder (Retired). Ann founded BizBuz Bookkeeping in 2004 and led the practice for nearly two decades. A Registered BAS Agent, ICB Certified Member, MYOB Certified Consultant, and Xero Certified Advisor, Ann built BizBuz on a foundation of precision, reliability, and genuine care for every client. Her legacy continues to guide the practice today.
